Please note that all bookings are to be received by 19 February 2011.
For various reasons we have decided not to use online booking, but will strive to make the experience as smooth as possible using the forms attached.
Note: due to the VAT increase on 4 January 2011, all bookings now attract the higher VAT rate - new booking forms are attached below. Also, you will no longer qualify for the competition which closed on 31 December 2010.
